So today I got everything fitted up, and disassembled for the trip to the coater tomorrow.
Hopefully the last fitment issue. The waste gate actuator on the rear is impeded by the O2 flange on the header. A simple grind solved it.
The drain tube on the rear turbo was a bitch to get bent into a position where it would be not touching the dam header. After some swearing, and a tool launch I got it routed, and ready for coating. Will be coating both returns as well.
While parts are getting coated I will put together the cams/heads, and get the oil pump/other craps assembled. I need to get the bell housing, and fuel pump hat/bracket in to the welder as well. One day closer...
