Yeah that was my first thought, but the second was my old one was stolen. Will take a look at the rear precat to see if it will work.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

I'm going through the same growing pains with my DP. I picked up an extra flange for 25 bucks to have it welded to the one on the DP.

So is it the DP that is too short or the rear pre-cat? Looks like the rear precat. What kind DP is it and what kind of headers do you have on the rear?

    Check it out on Youtube!!

It is the gctech rear o2/precat. The dp is the tanabe knockoff, and fit perfect before.

Damn, that sucks to hear when you were so close.

So what it comes down to is GC Tech rear o2/pre cat wasn't made right? Or could it be that maybe there was a 1g and 2g gc tech rear o2 housing made and you got the wrong model one?

Not sure what the issue is. The only different parts are the gctech front and rear mani with rear o2 housing. Same everything else. Will gitter dealt with, and fixed quickly.

    Cmon, they are td04's right?
Why on earth would you produce headers for a stock replacement turbo & change the location of the turbos? , screwing alignment for everything else-
I cant see the reasoning behind not jigging from the proper positions, ...freestyle?
JesusHChrist I'd be pissed, & I have the equipment at my disposal to remedy the issues. Sorry to see this hasn't been too bolt-on friendly for you Bill-
If you make a spacer for the back, it will screw the front. Best bet would be to remove both front & rear flanges(add length in rear & realign front flange)
Bummer that you hacked into your crossmember for not.
