    Yes, the rear o2 housing.

The front is not without work as well. The GCTech mani's bring the turbo about 1/4" closer to the head than stock. This created an issue when using the lower turbo/o2 support!

So I resolved this by elongating the support holes.

So I thought! The O2 housing actually hits the rounded inside edge of the brace.

So back of to the vise, and grinder I went... Success!

So I thought. I had to take a hammer to the oil return lines heat shield as it hit the corner of the Engine mount.

That ended up not being quite enough so I split the turbo, covered everything, and busted out the grinder. This also made it easier to mount the return to the turbo while off.

Buttoned everything up, and installed the oil feeds, and water feed/returns. I need to pickup some hose, and make the lines more presentable to finish though.

I also had the splitter in the IC Y pipe extended to try and eliminate the surge issue. Will see...

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Damn shame the turbo doesn't sit in the stock spot, could throw a lot out-
Have you fit your downpipe yet? I imagine youre gonna have to do something about the width of it across banks. I always bolt the DP up & then tighten the O2 housings, even with stock parts theres lots of movement to get it wrong without everything settled in place.
    Great work-

Yeah DP is getting fitted tomorrow. Wife gave the dinner cal before I could get there. Rear O2 is still loose, hoping for a bit of luck to shine...

It wasn't too bad to get it where it needs to be. Yours may be dead on correct, who knows. I seen that one person made a rear oil return, but unsure if capable of reshaping the oem one, or? In the end it is what it is for me. Custom parts have custom challenges to be solved in each situation. At least that is how I see it.

Woot! Something went my way! The DP fits up fine, but one more thing that those with GCTech mani's need to know. The O2 pipe on the rear is not oem threaded to the DP. I sifted through my bolt collection, and found a match. I think the bolt said something like 30 72? on the head. I will verify this next time out there.

Did not have time to get anything further done today. Busy work day, and company came by for an unneeded distraction.

Picture doesn't work. I think you mean the coolant drain joint and plug. Can't find them in the FSM but in ASA they are in section 11-130 (engine block) and the PN for the joint is MD176139 and plug is MD014929. Hope this helps.

If the pic worked it would help, but I suspect you're talking about the block drain plug...
