It feels like it will strip, or snap every time. Drilling out head bolts is not a fun time.![]()
Mine are only set to 100 if that is any consolation. I've never pushed coolant. No head lift fixes either.

A little closer. Unfortunately I must have pinched the rear valve cover gasket while putting it on last time. New set on order! Cleaned up thw water jacket, and added disappear paint.
Throw some gears on the rear, and she is ready. Need to run some wires differently for the gauges before it goes in.
