    Do you do this as you separate the trans from the block or can you seriously slide your t-case off the output shaft with the DP in place while the trans is still bolted to the block?

    I think my DP is like an inch away from my TC. What DP are you running Mike?

    Same here, would never clear unless the trans was loose from the block and hanging on the clutch.

    Scary thought

    That one might even be closer than mine. I'm not so sure you would have enough room before the trans would slip out of the clutch.

    Tranny is still bloted to the block. I am running a custom DP with a 6 inch flex section i had welded in. In the pic you can see the curve on the DP. YAY me

    That definitely hugs the oil pan a lot tighter than mine does. Did you t-case removal in mind as the DP was being made or was it a bonus feature?

    Bonus feature. lol ya pretty stoked first time i tried it. it was hung up then just used my breaker bar to nudge it and down she came. it was like the first time i had sex....wham bam thank u mam! lol jk....no really
