This is so screwed up

So last week I found out one of my co-workers sons passed away. She is a great person and I feel awful for her. All we could find out is her son was living in Atlanta and somebody found him dead. Well a few days went by and this morning we found out this was her son.

Police believe a man found dead after a robbery in east Knoxville Wednesday night has been involved in other recent aggressive robberies in the area.

Justin Pierre Jackson, 30, was found dead in an alley on Holston Drive shortly after a robbery about a block away at the Dollar General Store at 4112 Asheville Highway.

The store manager shot at Jackson outside of the store as he left with cash.

So now I’m floored by this news. She is such a good person and seems like a great parent. She’s also adopted a kid.

Anyway then the real screwed up thing is then I found out that the guy that shot him happens to be the brother of a guy that works here also. I pretty much see both these people every day.

So one co-worker's brother shot another co-worker's son. How in the hell they will be able to face each other IDK.

Well if she is a good parent, she will know that her son chose that life and risk, and it is his fault that he is dead. I know my parents would be upset, but know not to blame anyone else.

Either way, I feel bad for all parties involved, the mother has to be embarrassed, and the brother has has to feel some sorrow/guilt.
