    The Otters tiny TD04 Build

    As some of you know I have been working on getting all the parts I need and what not for this so called build of mine. I have been posting everything about my build on my own forum and though I might as well make the info public. So for those who did not know.. The cat is out of the bag.

    So here is the small list of things I have.

    Built Pampena 3.1 6g72 w/ rays custom ross pistons with upgraded pins - oliver billet rods - new OEM forged crank

    Pampena 5 speed with 300m 25spline OS
    Clutchmasters 850 series (8.5'') Stage7/8 - 2 Lightweight Unsprung Race Disks
    Broomfield Racing Billet Transfercase
    Port and Polished Heads - Pinned - +1mm exhaust valves and GZP +1 and -3 degree cam gears
    GCTech Tubular td04 front & rear manifolds + rear o2 housing with Ceramic Coating
    Dynamic Racing DR-750r turbos
    STM tank to rail fuel kit
    HKS Twin Power
    Apexi S-ITC
    ABS Delete
    Austin@STM's Front hubs w/ ABS Sensor delete
    Austin@STM's Driver side intake manifold.

    Things I need:

    Get the car down to sub 3000lbs


    300m Rear Axles
    Convert Power Steering Rack to Manual Steering Rack
    Paint



    So I guess below I will post pics of the stuff I have and post info on how the build is going and the current state it is in.

    I thought I had more pics, but I guess not.

    Anyways, I am basically ready to slap the motor all together. I just received a package yesterday from Hans, which contains some exhaust studs for my heads (I replaced the nasty old looking ones) So once I put those in I will start putting the long block together.

    This should be a fun little project.

    They are the GC Tech manifolds. I had Tirado Custom Coatings coat them, they are in Seguin, Texas. They do amazing work.

    How many months do it take for TCC to do your manifolds?
