No worries. You made good points, including the mileage comment I forgot to address. I've tested them with time and peak positive pressure, not nearly as many cycles as you.
I'd be pissed if I received 2 small vents and likely would have arrived at the same conclusions.
I'm just posting my personal bad experiences with the krank vents. With both krank vents installed I was blowing out the dipstick at 15 psi on GT-368SX turbos. Taking out the rear krank vent completely just running a solid hose fixed the issue. I was good to 32 psi on MTC turbos. I was not running a catch can either.
I worked on another member's car. He had a catch can hooked up and was running both vents. It was bad news. I asked him how bad his bearings were because driving around the low oil light would come on. It ended up after we uninstalled the big krank vent and replaced it with a solid hose that we gained 9 psi of oil pressure at idle. No joke! The idle also increase 250 rpms to where it should be stock. This was a freshly rebuilt throttle body too. I was amazed at how much of a vacuum the rear big krank vent could pull. I think we had 22 inches of vacuum. Also, we blew out his dipstick on 16Ts running 16 psi.
Matt Monett will even tell you over the phone not to run the rear krank on TD04 cars. He says it's too big of a restriction and doesn't allow enough fresh air to be pulled into the crankcase system. I called him after the first time my car blew out the dipstick because I knew he ran those systems frequently. If you want to run a bigger check valve I would honestly advise getting one from McMaster-Carr or run a brake booster check valve.

TSB I think I may have bought mine used for you ? Can't remember was 2 years ago...
I think this is what turned me off the most about KV, I think I know 3 other people that received 2 small ones. I learned a lot in the end but it cost me two sets of turbos $$$$. The first set was 9b's I thought were bad. The 2nd set were because I traded in good 9b turbos as cores for LMI onesFAIL
Edit: another note, Jeff (gatecrasher) had one seize up on him and caused him a headache.
I love this info!!1
On another note, my wheels arrive Friday..... Which I work.... and the package has to be signed for...... ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Should have taken this whole week off instead of just mon-wed

Just got in my drivetrain fluids, oem spark plug cables and some pins for my hood and hatch.
Thanks again Terry!
So all you guys with KV issues... When the car was idling with KV's, was the oil cap harder to remove than a factory VR4/TT? You feel significant vacuum in the crank case. It's not subtle.

Been out of town... Just took this showing both KV's. For all I know, it's not even suitable hose. I designed this system when I was young and relatively retarded.
