Google is my friend.
July 2014 COTMWe follow the earth. The earth follows the stars. The stars know their way and though the body dies. The stars will remain, like the waves of the sea and restless slate.
Just ripped out the carpet haha.
The previous owner before me ruined the shit out of the carpet. I am still wondering if I should even attempt at washing it and dying it black.
(I didn't get to the sound deadening removal today. I am kinda telling myself that I need to do it after the motor is in since that is a bigger priority.)
I did pull all of this bullshit out as well.
Which leaves me with the 2 wires on the right that I need to snip and solder back together.
And the 3 on the left that go to the driver side door (I assume it's for controlling the locks.. In which case is useless to me now)
Also removed the driver side door since I have the replacement for it here already.
If tomorrow plays out right, I will either start taking the out of the bay and off the firewall I will not need (I assume it's almost all of it so far) or work on getting the rest of the stuff unbolted in the interior that is covering up more sound deadening stuff (like the shifter and center console/arm rest area)
Start at the bay today for a few minutes pulling out shit I didn't need.
Then I came across these 3 vacuum hoses.
I know 1 of them is for the brake booster, but what are the other 2 for?
It's been so long I can't remember what they plugged into.

The other two are for the clutch booster and the vacuum assist for the clutch booster.

Well well well.
Oil return is done. Now my question is, how bad is it that it's touching the manifold? Should I remake it with the spare longer hose I have? Should I put something between the manifold and the line? Or is it fine?
Next up. Oil feed line complete. Upon trying to put it on I found this.
Sigh, this will be the 5th time I have to call summit for them to replace something that is messed up. I am tired of waiting on them lol.
I wouldnt want it touching the manifold.
Remake with the longer!
Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!
