like I thought someone would.

This holiday is always a pain to me...I have 2 birthdays in January...of course Xmas/New Years...so we are recovering from all that ...then...this commercialized POS of a holiday stress out. But really the bottom line is, our significant others are all VERY special...AND do so much for us...put up with our crap...take care of our kids, serve us burnt steak, do the laundry or whatever....we need to show them at least a little love today.

The other day we had a few inches of snow.
I walked out to start my DD and Mike had already cleaned it off before he left for work.
Little things like that mean far more to me then any of the traditional Valentines hype.

I get nailed pretty hard as well with Christmas, anniversary, valentines, and her birthday all within two months. Plus being in school I hardly have time period (or money). Think we will make a dinner together here at home then go out with our friends friday night. Got her flowers and wanted to get her this nice travel mug/water bottle to have the flower sitting in when she gets home but they are out

I got her a new pink nintendo controller, a little Chewie for her desk since we're planning on dressing up Jaxon as Chewie next Halloween. Then tonight we have a private bowling lane with some awesome pizza we both love. Then we're going to play put put and arcade games.

For me, I'm not sure what she will get me. Last year it was the GoPro Hero2, but this year we put a cap of $50 on gifts.
