We're not talking about eligible for BCS. In their final rankings, the AP (who has nothing to do with the BCS) put 1 loss Oregon as a better team than undefeated Ohio State. Although, Oregon had one extra game against K-State which I'm sure factored in.

In any event, there will be no Louisville in the MNC. Bank that. Trap game on Friday Oct 18th vs. UCF. And we mustn't forget the mighty UConn that took them down in Louisville last year.

I know we're not talking about elgibility. I think the fact that they weren't played into peoples decision making is all.

willing to name a price? Undefeated Louisville plays for MNC per 2 others not being undefeated.

You can dream up any scenario you want(short of 118 FBS teams all contracting superaids before game 12), Loserville will not be in the MNC. 1 misstep and they're done, which I fully anticipate. Undefeated isn't even enough with their SoS. I got 20 bones that says I'm right, and you're high.

If they were in the ACC already, it would be a different story. Clemson has to face UGa and the real USC. FSU has to play at UF. Beating teams like that would get it done. The crap that is the BigEast/AAC is not even close for anyone to bat an eye.

Starting quarterback Everett Golson is no longer enrolled at Notre Dame, the university confirmed in an email to ESPN.com on Saturday night. "Everett is not enrolled at the university. Federal law and our own polices preclude us from discussing specifics," spokesman Dennis Brown said in an email.Golson's departure is academic-related, a source with direct knowledge of situation confirmed to ESPN's Joe Schad. The Chicago Tribune earlier reported Golson's exit was because of an academic violation.

Now Kelly can scream his bloody head off at another QB... ND was and still is not ready for prime time... but at least they saved OSU taking another loss to a SEC team in a NC...

OSU saved themselves from that by being ineligible and having the ugliest undefeated run I can remember.

1-loss Oregon was better than that undefeated OSU team that struggled with juggernauts like UCF (10-4 C-USA), Cal (3-9), UAB (3-9 C-USA), Indiana (4-8), Purdue (6-7)... Not to mention the nail biters against semi-competitive teams like the 1 point win @ MSU (7-6), the OT win @ Wisconsin (8-6)... You didn't even play Northwestern. Best win? #24 Michigan (8-5) by 5 points at home.

Texas had 4 losses but had a better win than Ohio State (#20 (9-4) Oregon State)... On a neutral field, Texas vs OSU would have been a coin flip. Maybe we'll get that match-up in the Fiesta Bowl this year

I would argue that Nebraska was tOSU's best win, but I don't want to remember that...

I also think I gained some insight into why Mike is like he is

As if there's nothing more important going on in America then something that happened 6 months ago...way to go AP. Plus, isn't it the Mormons Mike hates?

Gordon Lee rocks... cmon that's fricking hilarious and honest... and he goes off on Delaney.

Satan is jesus's bro man! Jews hung out in Arizona! Buy gold, hail Glen Beck!

I think OSU can go undefeated this year. Urban isn't playing games...

I think their season is easier...
