Saban continued to outcoach himself all game as well. Taking out his 2nd string RB who obviously had a hot hand just to put Yeldon back in the game to keep RBs fresh was just stupid. This isn't the NFL - backs can tote the rock 30+ times every few games for goodness sake. Just ask Tre Mason.

Bingo. As I said earlier, OU had exactly no answer for Henry.

he was fuming all right, it was like watching a baby get his candy stolen every second the clock ticked off.

Every timeout he was like "I want my 2 seconds!!!"... it was pretty funny. It wasn't classic Brian Kelley cursing and spitting at his players funny... I like watching Steve Spurrier lose also but Saban takes the cake lately.

I really didn't expect OU to win that game, even when they had the lead I was just waiting to see how they'd lose. They aren't strong up the middle and couldn't stop Texas' rushing attack, so I figured 'Bama would just run over them. Showcasing AJ and Yeldon didn't pay off. How good is Knight going to be next season?

And Texas competed with Oregon in spite of all the key injuries (and 2 key suspensions prior to bowl game). Texas' D was good enough to win -- with Ash or any other competent QB, that's a toss-up game. Quite a few graduating seniors and a couple draftable juniors, but the cupboard isn't going to be bare for the next coach.

Well Ohio State still sucks...Clemson couldn't have tried harder to give the game away with those penalties. Once again, OSU is who we thought they were.

Charlie Strong is the new coach at Texas.

According to a report by Chip Brown of Orangebloods.com and Bobby Burton at 247sports.com, Strong, the head coach at Louisville, will replace Mack Brown as the Longhorns head man.

Sports Illustrated's Pete Thamel reported Strong's contract is five years worth $5 million per year.

eh it was a good game but Braxton was off and or hurt or something... I am not sure about luke fickle as defensive coordinator, don't worry you will always lose as long as Urban is coach... happy loss next year!

Why would any successful, established coach go to the cleveland dumpster fire? All that organization does is end careers.
