I'll be in Motown for the whole weekend, every game. We can definitely do that!
Jeremy
I'm going to go ahead and call it. Lousiville will play for the MNC against either Alabama or tOSU. unless I did already but that could be another forum.

Doubtful. SoS is too weak. A 1 loss SEC, PAC, or B12 member would play before them. Any PAC or B12 team that runs the table is a lock. As well as an undefeated FSU or Clemson. Louisville should easily make the BCS, but not the big dance.
Jeremy
I disagree. an undefeated team from a major Confrence that stomped, no straight wooped UF in the Sugar Bowl goes to the big game. The only way they don't is if and SEC+1 other from the BIG10 or PAC whatever goes undefeated. Plus the media will be falling over themselves for Louisville. First black head coach in the MNC. GTFO, they'll eat that shit up and Louisville will win the AP votes.
edit: remember you guys almost made it before you chocked on Pitt that day(2007?) when what like 5 other top 10 teams lost. best CFB day ever. I sat at that bar for 12hrs+![]()

Louisville that ended Big East play in a 4 way tie with Cincy, Rutgers, and Syracuse(lost to Cuse, and 5-7 UConn at home that won only 1 other conference game). And that's a very down BE. None of those teams were worth a shit. Yes, I'm well aware 'Cuse waxed WVU 3 years straight.
BE just isn't what it used to be. Louisville will likely not play a single top 25 team all year. Hell, they only played one top 25 team last year...Florida. They'll be in the Orange against FSU or Clemson. It wouldn't surprise me to see Bridgewater in the running for the Heisman, if L'ville can win out.
AP doesn't figure into the BCS, so their votes don't matter.
Yeah, 2007 Pitt game is the one all WVU fans wish never happened. That was the year, and DickRod blew it. Crazy ass weekend for sure.
Jeremy
as long as 2 other teams don't go undefeated they'll go. espically if one of those teams lose late in the season.
Harris/Coaches poll, excuse me. point being there is a human element and the media can and will influence it. who you beat doesn't matter nearly as much as who you lose to. Lville will put up huge numbers and it's likely the shit teams they play won't put up much of a fight and the cpu's like that.
I'll make a bet now per my conditions that if 2 other teams don't go undefeated and Lville is one of 2 or the only undefeated team from a major confrence they will play for the MNC.
They're playing a bunch of new teams this year that they know nothing about. They'll drop at least 1 conference game and with that their MNC hopes will be gone. 'Ville is a damn good team, they're just in the wrong conference to make a run.
Jeremy
Oh, absolutely. I don't need any circumstances spotted to me; the Ville will not play for the MNC, period. The BCS will see to that, especially with UL's super soft schedule. The same BCS that ranked ND over Bama in the final rankings... They might as well be in a mid-major conference...oh wait they basically are.
The AP wouldn't even give 12-0 Ohio State the nod over 1 loss Oregon, but they're going to for Louisville...?That's all you need to know right there. SoS is king.
