Some of those threads are about old blackberry phones, not the new ones xD. I'm on the fence, on the one hand the OS its based off of is very solid, and I like the flow aspect of it. I'll have to check it out myself.

Don't mind me just watching the astroturf.
"This is a ridiculous cause and effect suggestion."
"Yeah, kind of like the sun rising and then morning happening, eh? What are they trying to pull on us?"

"If I wanted to hear from an asshole, I'd fart into a microphone."

"It's easy. Take the last f*ck, and let it go, and thus you shall have no more f*cks to give."

as much as i love competition, i just don't see how the market will support more than 3 major OS's for mobile phones. Symbian is dead. Palm is dead. iOS and Android are ahead by a country mile. WinMo8 is gaining steam. RIM (now officially BB) is WAY late to the party--if they do survive this, it will be a miracle.

then again....maybe apple is going down....

I've seen the Z10 live, and it rocks. I'll be getting mine shortly.

    Haters gonna hate.

I've yet to see BB OS10 live, but I've checked a lot of the reviews and really like it. I think that there is still a place for BB within the business world with enterprise and what not. I think that the move away from keypads and trying to appeal to the consumer market as a whole was a massive failure. Should have stuck to what they did. I miss my old BB Curve, the keypad was fantastically well laid out, much better for lots of texting and emailing than any touch screen based keyboard I've used since. I believe BBs new one with a keyboard is the Q10, may be wrong. Not due out for a few weeks though so hard to say. I just can't justify going back to a smart phone. $30 a month (I'm on Verizon) for a data plan that I don't really use. You're basically paying 720 bucks (for a 2 year contract) JUST to use the phone even if you don't touch data.

It's a little unfair to rely on BB threads to show how "messed up" the z10 may be. People who have issues with a new device are much more vocal than those who have no issues.

I did hope that BB10 would be more polished for launch, but I dont think anyone can speak on the success or failure of BB yet, they haven't even launched in the US yet.
