Let me check fedex tomorrow after taking some measurements. Greyhound may work best shipping wise. The lines are pretty good condition for a 91. I would lightly sand them and do a few good coats of undercoat on them. The rack seems good except for the drivers side outer tie rod is a little loose.

I'm going to redo my 97 VR4 and I'm scared to death it won't go well the lines are available from Mitsubishi but some have to come from Japan and it takes 3 months. The ones that scare me the most are the ones that connect to the lines running to the front and where they connect to the back.

We have a Grey Hound station about 10 minutes from my house I've never used them so you would have to let me know how the process works.

These lines are all currently detached from the valve and the threads are fine. I was disassembling the rack to store it like a day before you posted about it haha. I can grab pics if you want. If you would like, For an extra fee I can sand down the rack / lines and paint them for you if you would like.
