OK so my question is, Can I retrieve a webpages content from my history or somewhere that is no longer available directly from the web since they have change settings so its no longer open to the public?

If it was recent, I'd definitely try Google's cache. Just search for your website's url and if they haven't indexed the new content, you should be able to get some of the old.

Otherwise, archive.org's WayBack Machine is a great resource.

well I guess my cache size is too small because I needed to go back to 1/17 but furthest I can go is 1/22
