I glanced, I didnt see it, so I'll post. Try Flitz. I polished my exhaust tips after 7 years of neglect...came out mirror with just some buffing, and I cheated with a mothers ball/cone thing.

That stuff will polish and remove pretty much near everything. It will clean all the way to pitting and even polish that.
