Only thing I could say would be get a hold of Bob and see if he can build a flash for SM3 to handle the UEGO voltage difference and convert the output correctly for all loggers. I sent him a message on one of these two sites awhile back and never heard back from them. I need to open a thread on fullthrottletech.com forum seeing if anything can be done.

I'm almost to the point of selling it all and getting a Chrome ECU anyways....
I am getting UEGO Analog output data directly from the installation manual (Inline WB UEGO Controller). Further reading also shows the AEM EMS Configuration table where you input data from a table into a CAL Table in EMS...long story short it shows from 0 to 0.5V it is the same value of 8.43 AFR and from 4.52 to 4.99V it is also the same @ 18.05 AFR; so you configure the AEM EMS, analog output at the 0.5 ends of range of V are the same.

The SM3 information is from the installation manual. It seems that the data should be good, its only at the extreme limits where you may get dubious numbers. Using AEM's formula : AFR = 2.375(V) +7.3125

    I am getting 7.3 to 19.2 AFR corresponding to 0 to 5V.

I am getting conflicting data from some forum posts that the expected analog output ranges correspond to AFRs ranging from 10 to 20 for SM3; that matches what you are saying about MMCD OLD configuration. But this can be avoided by using dSb. Probably some confusion between SM3 and MMCD

I will also eventually get to the chrome upgrade...let them work out the kinks first Happy with the MAFT Pro atm.
