I had asked him if it was on the other site since it looked like the one I have. I know mine is your shifter since I researched it. The bushings are worn out which is an easy fix. Eventually I'll get around to fixing it and comparing it against the roller bearing short shifter. For now I'm running stock. It wouldn't be too hard to make a shifter off yours but probably not worth the time unless you were wanting some for personal use.
My son's would like one, but not worth my time to try to get back into it. I have one in both my cars.
Would love to hear your comparison...
Bob.
Edit: I've heard very good things about Paul's shifter, and I think he does AWESOME work. Mine was several years before his, but I do know one member in Colorado that put bearings in mine. He seemed quite happy.
After 10+ yrs, I am still very happy with mine (but I have never abused them)![]()

Received my other seat and the sliders. They do sit slightly higher than stock, my head is really close to touching the roof if I sit straight. I need to figure a way to get them slightly lower, but for now I found a position to sit in the seat.
I just ordered and should be receiving soon:
Ishihara-Johnson Crank Scraper
BC/Pampena adjustable cam gears
Pampena solid rear diff bushings
99 rear garnish
I also talked to IPS about my heads and cams today. My cams have made it back to the shop and Andy made it seem like the machine shop was pretty much done with my heads. I've been researching on cars with similar setup and decided to go ahead and get my heads O-Ringed while they were at a machine shop.
First post is updated.
Shouldn't be too much longer..
Installing a cage, bar, or staing 3 point belts?

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

I might do a full cage, but I'm not 100%. At the very least I'll do a harness bar with 5 points, but for now the stock buckles bolt onto the corbeau rails.
I almost sold my fuel tank and sending unit to a local today in favor of replacing it with a cell, but after going back and forth all day I decided it would push the start up date further back and was probably really unnecessary anyway. I'll just put 2 walbro 450s in there with a bulkhead on top the sending unit.
Here they are with the interior mostly in.
Also making the factory caps work to cover the nuts up.

Look nice. I will probably get aftermarket seats as well and welcome the extra height as i'm short![]()
