Open ECU update (ecu Flash)

just want to let everyone know the there is a new version / update of the program'

be sure to save any modified roms to a new folder before installing

i had a couple of different roms i had created
one with stock maf
one with evo maf
ect...

when the install was done the only rom in my folder was the chrome2 stock rom
and the xml file also needed to be reinstalled in the correct folder

just thought id let everyone know
