Speedometer Not working :(

Took apart my main gauge cluster and some how fixed the tachometer but now my speedometer is not working but always did. the needle was disconnected from the motor and it is now snapped back together but I can not figure out why it is not working. I can not find the bolts either on the back so I put in random screws. I don't know if that is a factor or no
