I just wanted to brag a little and say I love my osm shifter too but it sure as hell took a long time to find. I missed out on one being sold online and it took over a year for another to be listed up for sale

no personal experiences here; just what i've gathered from being in the community 7 years and seeing the feedback from countless members.
Ive never tried one of Bob's, but Seattle's is great. It is by far the best short shifter on the market right now, and is OEM quality.

Aonther vote for Seattle`s short throw bearing shifter, one of the best things I`ve fitted to my GTO. Had it nearly as long as the car (5 years) and it`s worked perfectly!.

I have no desire to become production (he has a shop like no other, and I have a full 2 car garage....)

If someone wants to throw out a figure to become the new owner of the drawings and jig, I'll give him a call....

Half mine.....I suppose a lawyer might concede that...

When Tim got fired, it was more a separation of "friends" than of business...

If you go back and read my original posts about the shifter, it was all about finding a better alternative to what was out there for ME. It was not about profit.

When "we" saw we could offer a product that was "better" than the current alternative, "we" gave it a shot (and I think we did it quite nicely for the short time it ran...)

I would not "press" Tim for any of the "stuff" we did...it's not me.

    I hope you can understand.

    Bob.

I totally understand, let him sit and spin on one

I was curious, I guess I would design one myself or just let it go.

Bob, send me one of yours. I'll model it in CAD. Then we can have our own drawings. I'll even do it for free. I'll send the stuff to you, and then anyone that wants to work the production side of it can get with you about the rest
