    Arrow Tyre's - what's your budget

Since I haven't had the money to really spend up on some nice tyres, I usually spend around the $150 to $200 per tyre. That gets me some 245 x 45 x 18's which I use for daily driving and I get alot of miles out of them. If I ever get to the track, I'll definetly spend up a bit more for the good stuff. I know a mate in Melbourne spent around $1000 per tyre. I'm curious what you kids spend on your daily's, drag radials or circuit tyres.

    245/45/18 scotty? On the VR-4?

I have been creepin up in size over the years. At first I ran 245/40/18, then picked up some 265/35/18s, now with 9.5" wide rims I'm running 275/35/18s on the back ... each set goes for over $200/tire. I've ran BFG g-force T/A, Azenis RT-615, Nitto NT555s, and RE01-Rs.

I think I spent $152 each on my Star Specs. Discount Tire had them for cheaper $136, IIRC, but they didn't have any in stock. $150 per tire is easily a budget tire, IMO.

I've never spent more than $200 per tire. Right now I have Falken Azeni 615s on the Stealth. They ran me $170 per tire for 255/40 17. I'm thinking of moving to 18s and I'm looking at the Nitto NT05 for $202 for a 275/35 18.
