    Talking My recent $30 ebay find

    A NEW factory keyless entry fob . It supposdely costs $150+ to order one from a dealership...





    Just.so.much.nicer. The buttons just click and work. On my old on I have to press them with all my might and hold them there for a second to get them to work.

    You got lucky. The one I got from ebay I have yet to get working. It is brand new and everything. The numbers all mach and we compared the innards to a known stock one.

    anyone care to share the link to the FAQ about which remotes are needed for what years?
    Recertified ASE L1/L3 Master Technician

    I used these instructions and it programmed and worked fine.

    That's cause you have ODB2. For us first gen guys we have to go to the controller itself. Set the dip switch to program, click the button on the remote, then set it to fix.....

    I actually had no problem with mine, thank god.

    Anybody need this one? (3 buttons: unlock, lock, and trunk)... I have it brand new and I don't know why.

    i want one but i dont know which one i need. i remember there being a whole bunch of different ones, and a FAQ about which ones work with which ecu.

    my car is a 93.
