Starting February 1, 2013 I will have to charge $5 more. I will honor the previous price if I already have your throttle body or it's on the way.

I currently do not have a 96/97 TB core, or a 98/99 core (unless you want a polished one)

Throttle bodies are completely disassembled, cleaned, exterior bead blasted, re-cleaned to get out any rogue bead material, and put back together. All new bolts are used when I put them back together- Stainless Steel Socket head bolts. Throttle plate has been polished. I also re-coat the spring, spring plate, and dashpot (throttle damper) to prevent rust.

ISC and TPS sensors have been tested, and the TPS sensor will be set. The ISC have also been cleaned. Since a majority of the ISCs are the original I don't guarantee them. But they do test within specs.

If your TB is all original, I can guarantee you the shaft seals are shot, as well as the BISS oring. It has nothing to do with the mileage either, because my Spyder had bad shaft seals at 27K miles. If you have done a TT conversion and used your NA TB, you don't even have reinforced seals... you have a rubber collar oring which will not hold boost

New throttle plate shaft screws with Loctite Red and peened
BISS screw, o-ring, and plug
ISC/IAC o-ring
ISC bolts
FIAV o-ring/gasket
FIAV bolts

VACUUM PORT DELETE

Tired of the vacuum caps still leaking or dry rotting. Well, I have permanent fix for that. I cut off the vacuum port flush, drill and tap them, and put in a set screw. Guaranteed never to leak or rot LOL.

April, must say I love mine! Mnie was leaking and just shitty. Bought one from april and i was impressed. no issues at all ever. Highley recommend doing this. you never realize how many leaks the old ones have. Highly recommend April and great price!

I think I have a 91 throttle body, but if I wanted a 93-95, would you charge me for the whole core price or just the difference?

Maybe i'm missing where I pay for this at? I've got a 93 that needs to be rebuilt and need the FIAV deleted and blocked.

I forgot to update this thread on here. I will be resuming my service on or a little before April 1. I need to knock out some throttle bodies before I get backlogged, and reorder rebuild parts.
