I ordered the 3SX T3/T4 kit on Black Friday... couldn't seem to pass it up. Pics:
The turbos are much larger than I expected from the pictures. I do feel like I should probably weld support braces to the manifolds...

Nice. Agreed, do everything you can to improve the strength of those manifolds before you bolt them to the engine.
Where do they normally crack?

No clue. Pretty sure I'm one of the first people to get them. I did a fitment test today... noticed they forgot to include a front turbo feed line, and the rear oil return line is too short (Would it KILL you guys to just make it 1/2" longer to allow for play?? It would barely cost anything at all.) However, I'll be posting pics shortly with a writeup of the problems I encountered and how I got around them.

lol, anyone else laugh seeing them with garbage written under them?
Let us know how it works out, could be a good way to go.

The manifolds are definitely different than my td05 kit so cracking may be solved. I would make sure all your flanges are flat. That made all the difference for me on fitment and sealing. Not sure how your downpipe fitment is but I had mine modified instead of prying and bending to make it not hit driveshaft. I haven't had any cracking but really don't have many miles on it![]()

I also laughed. Can't wait for some updates

To start off... PULL YOUR ENGINE OUT!! I can seriously not imagine doing this with the engine in the car unless you have some serious specialty tools... I can tell already that when the turbos blow, this is gonna be a pain in my nutsack...
Also, you need to remove the oil dipstick tube to put the front manifold on, and removing the coil pack helps a lot with the lower left nut on the manifold.
DO NOT tighten the nuts. At all. The way to do this is to alternate the top right and top left nuts first - snug the top right to the point where it will just hang the manifold, then torque the top left , making sure to alternate back and forth between the two. The tolerances are very tight. The top left should be torqued first, then the top right. The others can be done in any order afterward, but those two *need* to be done first or the nut will not fit on (see pic above to notice how close the nut is to the manifold tube).
This pic just compares the size of the 59mm turbos to the 15G's that I was going to run. They were quite a bit bigger than I expected from the pics on 3SX's website.
The rear manifold went on *way* easier. However, you must start with the top right bolt, else it will not clear the manifold. These two pics show a slant in the rear manifold. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not...
Top two pics show my attempt to pull the return line as tight as possible, and how far it comes up short. Would it have killed them to just give me 1/2" more line to allow for play...?? This may be due to the slant in the manifold as discussed previously... perhaps I can clock the turbos counterclockwise a little bit and it will allow the lines to actually reach the oil pan...
Front oil return and rear oil feed were easy peas. You may notice me not mentioned the front oil feed.... that's because it doesn't exist. I think they forgot to ship it to me. They did, however, ship me an oil restrictor and some little adapter type thing... no clue why. Perhaps they're intended to go onto the oil line for the front turbo.

As it sits right now.
Motor looks good dude, hope you get it in the bay and hooked up without much issue.
