He sold me refirbished front lower control arms with an aluminum front bushing via PM (I had created a parts wanted thread).

I paid $200 for the refirb arm + $120 for the aluminum bushing "upgrade"

I received and installed the arms. Turns out the aluminum bushins were designed improperly making the pivoting action of the arm (when going over bumps) impossible, and i requested a refund.

He said if I pressed out the aluminum, and shipped them back with the cores he would refund me $120 for the aluminum upgrade.

He received the cores and bushings back on Nov 21st.

He has not yet refunded me. He messaged me on Nov 28th saying he "forgot" that they were delivered because they left him on his porch which he doesnt use, and asked for my email a second time (which i had provided to him multiple times, I know he has it) and he hasnt messaged me since.


So as it sits right now, I paid him $320+shipping the cores back for a $200 product, and the seller has gone MIA.
I want my $120.

apologize again. I am not a parts vendor, I dont sit at a computer all day and sell parts. Trying to get paypal straight from where somebody ripped ME off. Thus have been unable to refund that way. PMed for an address to send a refund via money order.

put yourself in my shoes. it would have been nice 3 weeks ago if you messaged me and said you were having paypal issues. you know, a "heads up"?

i'm sorry it took for the public eye to get your attention, but if it was you looking for your money, and didnt hear anything for weeks, you'd be quite worried and fear for the worst, too.

I also don't disagree with your non-vendor status and understand that everyone's reputation is valuable.

Which is why I am fine with asking for the mods to delete this thread after the issue is resolved...

when I get my money that you so graciously offered to reimburse. You offered the refund if I shipped the parts back. Which is quite honorable of you. You could have said "fuck it, you're stuck with them". Which I appreciate. But you have the parts. So getting my money back is top priority right now.
