Weighed the car today - 3328 lbs

I went down to the local truckstop and used their CAT cerified scale to get an accurate weight for that dyno software I've been using. It came out at 3600 lbs on the money including me and about 0.8 gallon shy of a full tank of E85 (I went full since I usually tune with quite a bit of fuel in the car).

    The math works out to:
    3600 lbs
    - 162 lbs (me)
    - 115 lbs (A full (usable) tank of E85 (17.6 gallons))
    + 5 lbs (E85 I used to get there (11.4 miles))
    __________________________________
= 3328 lbs with the low fuel light barely on (est)

24 lbs lighter than I thought she was.

Once I get mine running I'm taking it down to the scales. I'm not sure how much lighter than 3800 lbs it'll be. I just switched from the EMU to AEM so I'm looking forward to trying out that virtual dyno software. Didn't you say your wheels were 14.8 lbs a piece Trevor? I was thinking the 18x9s were 16 lbs. I've contemplated getting a gunmetal set for the light weight.

Part of the reason it's so light is I started with the lightest factory TT 3/S.

The CF sunroof was good for 11 lbs.

woot for no sunroof! My car with half a tank is 3550...

hood, cf driveshaft, battery, ac, coilovers, exhaust... 2nd gen headlights... tow hooks.

add more weight for the 2nd gen brake conversion. If i was a billionaire I would put a light weight brake conversion.

Need to yank the abs, and rear wheel steering.
