If it runs and drives well, leave it alone. Don't go messing with something that works.

There's a difference between rebuilt to new/OEM standards, and clean title that's ragged. Sure, it has a clean title, but it's still a ragged out POS. I never understood why people put so much weight on a title branding. I have seen MANY clean title cars with more existing structural damage than their rebuilt counterparts.

Already has a forged crank, and I'm pretty certain rods and pistons are the same through all years.

I would prefer to have a fresh strong running engine over worn out stock engine.

Because I have it, it's paid for, and got my money back oin the other stuff I sold on the car. It iwll likely be going into a car that will be sold at some point regardless.

If it runs and drives well, good oil pressure, it's best to leave well enough alone. If they last that long, they're generally good to just keep chugging along as-is.

It does seem to start to run rough around half throttleish. hesitating and backfiring. OP looks OK i guess.

Then I'd just do basic diagnostics and find out what exactly the problem is, and fix that.
