OMG! Would love to go into this kinda detail. Two problems though. 1: It would break me. 2: I would need a psychiatrist on call to calm my stress!

Great example of love of the platform, Thanks you Sir!

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

If I had my own garage I could see myself doing that.

    Looking good!

Haha thanks! It's coming out the way I want but taking a bit too much time. Lost some time today to doing the wife's brakes and some overdue gardening. Also had to correct my first broken bolt problem. Let's just say when the FSM says 7 ft pounds and the bolt has a phillips mark in the head you probably should be using the screwdriver

Really need to get on with the motor build now. Will post progress pics hopefully soon.

Great work.. did you polish or chrome your brake lines? Also on the firewall did you reuse yours? Here I am dropping by on your thread.. yours is moving a lot faster than mine

Brake lines chromed and all re-used. I did the short hard lines too. The shop said they were a pain since they have a coating on them that had to be removed. They turn out really good though and the black rubber part survives the plating process as well.

I bet it's the same crap on the intercooler pipes, it took me FOREVER to get it off. Aircraft stripper doesn't touch that stuff. Did you have the intercooler pipes chromed too , or the alternator housing?

Jim, your build has made me want to spin a bearing... well not really but really. You know what I mean LOL.
