The car does slow down a little once i get to 6,000rpm but i'm not sure if i would have described it as hitting a wall. Then again i don't really know what fuel cut feels like so for all i know the slight loss of power up top is from fuel cut. When you hit fuel cut will the data-logger show IDC's dropping to 0% due to fuel cut or still at 110%?

theres no noticeable exhaust leak but since exhaust gaskets are cheep ill just replace them all.

Hitting fuel cut feels like somebody took the car out from under you. The motor feels like it's been replaced with a lawnmower engine.

fuel cut it extremely noticeable. i thought i blew up the engine the first time my car did it because it stumbled for a second or two after.

the car stutters really bad and backfires when you hit fuel cut. it doesnt "get slower", it just doesnt go at all.

    Im running pump 93.

Is there any way you can hit over 100% IDC's without getting fuel cut? normally i only do one gear pulls then let out and coast down back to speed. but i did notice that if i tried to do a pull though multiple gears the car would stumble for a second after i shifted. it feels similar to when an IC pipe blows off but goes away after ~1-2 seconds. i figured that it was prob due to the water meth spraying for a split second after the throttle body was closed and the motor sucking in un-atomized w/m once i got back into the throttle...

you have to exceed load for greater than 1 second. That is why it is a lot easier to hit fuel cut in 3rd.

Fuel cut feels like surging where the power/acceleration gets completely cut off due to the ecu shutting off the injectors so they don't stick wide open which can happen at 100% IDC. That's why they recommend choosing an injector based on 80% IDC because sticking one open would ruin your motor in a heartbeat.

You either hit fuel cut, have high IDCs, or lean out considerably in boost when you're out of fuel. I've experienced all three aiming for 600AWHP of fuel on E85.

thor i dont know your setup, but kinda sounds like spark blowout to me. fuel cut is extremely noticeable, and i dont think that you are hitting it personally

yea after thinking about it i dont think its fuel cut either. if i hit fuel cut at 6,000rpm theres no way the car would continue to rev to 7,000rpm while under fuel cut.
I literally just installed a set of brand new OEM coil packs, brand new OEM wires, and brand new NGK plugs gapped to 0.025" so i highly doubt its spark blow out.

at this point i think my best bet would be to check the voltage on the walbro and if the voltage looks good than ill remove the 255lph and install a walbro 400lph. if the problem persists i could try installing a set of 650's.
