Our listing just went up last night at 7pm and Holy cow! Tiffany is rushing to get Jaxon and the animals packed up. Someone is looking at our house at 2!

    Thanks y'all!

We are moving just a mile away from where we currently are. There is a new development going up right across from a huge park / nature preserve and right next to a good elementary school.

We had 4 showings yesterday. Not bad for only being available for less than 24 hours.

Well, we received some feedback from the buyers realtors yesterday. One commented on how we have "so many stickers on the walls" and they said we have mold on our front porch...no we don't we have some moss next to the flower beds because I water them daily. Either way, I will be cleaning up the moss.

The other wants a sellers disclosure because we are not in line with the comps. While it is true, we are asking more per square foot ($10) than the other 2 homes for sale in our neighborhood, the next cheapest home in our neighborhood is $180K and has old carpet and an old kitchen.

I'm good with our $150K list.

Well, everything is signed and done going forward. Our moving POD is being delivered on Monday. We will be homeless soon.

Going to miss our awesome home on Balsam.
