High Idle, Someone Help

My car is idling high at 2500 rpms. I have no idea what happened, started it last week and it shot right up. I disconnected the MAF sensor cable and it dropped back down to normal. I plugged it in, and it rose again.

Idle problems are almost always IAC. Pull it. Test it. Clean the TB, and life is good again. DONT skip any of the steps.
