supercharger was replaced with a twin turbo. that is how you make a quick car even quicker.

i'm sure they exist--probably more of them twin-charged than pure supercharger. the thing is, they seem to be so few and far between that i could probably count the numer that exist (worldwide) on 2 hands. 1000hp turbocharged cars are plentiful though. seems like 1 out of every 10 supras is that way.

the highest HP cars run Roots style Superchargers

but thats crazy that he beat the 2000hp Hennessy that ran 257mph at the TX2012

ok, i guess i should have specified that i wasn't counting cars that run nitromethane and/or cars that didn't come off a factory production assembly line.
