Help no clutch!

So I finally got the car wrapped up and running enough to limp into the garage in liue of sandy hitting the east coast tomorrow. Got in, no clutch. Very floppy pedal for maybe an inch or two, then rock hard zero movement. It actually flexes the firewall instead of actuating. Zero movement at the slave cylinder with someone hitting what little pedal movement there is. Factory lines never been opened up, and moved sorta alright months ago. Gotta figure something out ASAP! Please!
