Where is the front wiper relay located? Wipers aren't working.

I found the rear wiper relay but not a front wiper relay, are they on the same really? My wipers will work occasionally but very slow and not for very long. How do I test the relay?

The relay for the front wipers is built into the column switch.
    To test:
    Remove the knee protector
    Remove the column cover
Remove the column switch right coupling connector (11 terminal)
    To test the switch:
Check for continuity between pins 6 & 10 with the switch OFF
Check for continuity between pins 3 & 9 and 6 &10 with the switch on INT
Check for continuity between pins 5 & 6 with the switch on LO
Check for continuity between pins 5 & 7 with the switch on HI
    To test the relay:
    Check for continuity between pins 5 & 11 and 6 & 10
Check for NO continuity between pins 6 & 11
Connect the battery (+) to pin 5 and the battery (-) to pin 11 and test for battery voltage on pin 6

    Good Luck!
