And all for want of a lip.
Lack of lips is what keeps chickens from smiling.
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality
Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.
i can't see at work.![]()
looks like he needs a better coupler than a rubber one from lowes for drain pipe...my silicone one holds up to 60 pounds on turbos with no lips...
not sure what your using if it can hold anywhere near that much without lips.. the best clamps I could find cranked till just before stripping wouldn't hold the silicone couplers on my 13t's with 12 psi of boost.. had to get lips welded on.
I run Mikalor clamps on my lippless FMIC setup and they`re good for 30psi with no movement. The piping is substantial though and you can clamp them down VERY hard..

TD04-16g`s, Maf-t. 13g`s 12.4@115mph / 16g`s 12.5@117mph.
I've broken T-bolts trying to get them tight enough.
so it's like lock-tite for couplers. hmmm....i think i'd rather just pay extra for piping with a lip.
