    Well in Sydney i'm paying $600for rego $360 for greenslip and $1600 for full comprihensive insurance with Just Cars, only ppl that would do me as a daily driver, i think shannons does it now so i'll sus that after mods n make it a weekender, heaps cheaper.

    It all depends on the suburb, if your in the east of sydney and not garaged and under 30 it was like $6000 for insurance, lol.

    Also gotta be over 25 for Shannons. I pay $770 with full comp with shannons but no DD. $313.00 of rego is for CTP.

    and Shannon's have always been shit for me...WAY more than everyone else... $770 sounds ok though how ancient are you?

    Well, I need a blue(slip) if I'm not rego'd in 2 weeks so I'll be doing this shortly and let you know how I go...will let you know if Shannon's pull another $1600 on me

    $591.40 rego for vehicles over 4cyl and under 3000cc
    i was paying close to 2100$ a year for insurance with just car

    ok, I've been doing partial 6 mo rego....my next rego is $219

    Keep in mind guys, the GTO should be rego'd as a Sedan (4 seat) if your a coupe your getting ripped.
    12 mo third party NRMA was $686...going to look around, last year it was $512
    Just car for Fire & Theft was $626 for 12 months will go back to compo as soon as she's mobile again.

    and I'm 30 :|

    i saved $300 by swapping my greenslip this year....wtf...GIO was 630 aami was 330
    they are out to get people who don't research
