    Re installing cams

I'm putting my cams back in after I had a timing belt problem and had to get new heads. I put the cams in and used the Alldata from work to see how to install them. Anything I should know before installing the heads on the car?

Make sure you use the hex area to hold the cam when torquing the cam gears-

I always lube the cams up and install them without rockers, torque the caps down and confirm they spin freely first.

Cannot agree more. Secondly, once you confirm everything spins nice and easy and there are no binding spots, all you have to do is loosen the cam caps and you can slid the rollers under the cam without having to pull it all the way back out.
