Need suggestions for 3/S visitor 'log' (and an open invitation!)

So it's Friday and I've been kicking around this idea for about a week so I thought I'd post and see what everybody thought.

My wife (VR4Dani) and I bought our house in January of this year. We love our house and we love to have people come visit. We always cook/grill good food, there's always good beer in the beer fridge, and where we live is a generally pretty cool if somewhat under the radar place. We love 3/S cars obviously and have pretty much encouraged anybody who owns or has owned one to come stay for a while at our house to eat, drink, talk cars, etc.

So far our visitor list is short but notable! Duttch and SpyderGirl came to visit on the way to BRG, Jomojr stayed for a while after BRG, and Ray Pampena came and worked his magic on a few issues with the cars (and later came back this week to pick up his new car).

So that got me thinking... wouldn't it be cool to have some kind of something 3/S related as a sort of 3/S visitor log to have in the garage? Just something that people could sign along with their board name and where they came from. I have a few ideas but I'm curious to see what everybody else thinks.

You should come for a visit too

    Our house:

Lots of room for parking (and future site of 4+ car garage with lifts)

Picture board with signatures. Keep a Polaroid in the garage. Hell I might have to do this. I have had a crap load of people stop by. Mostly TN3S people though.

Yeah I could do something like this but it just seems pretty generic. I was thinking something more 3/S related, like maybe a front fender or something.

    Some of the food:

    Sausage Cheese Balls

Blackened Tilapia with roasted new potatoes and green beans

    Grilled chicken tenders

Bad pic but so tasty... Filet Mignon and grilled shrimp

    Great idea !!
A spot on the wall & an attached Sharpie would work great.
Painted white, it would soon fill with visitors & odd graffiti.
I'd mount it, that way you could take it with you when the urge to migrate hits.

We've chronicled the growth of several ... several kids & grandkids at the top of the stairs leading to the basement.
Both sides of the doorway, from not even old enough to stand to college age.
Wife says we're taking the door frame & woodwork if we ever move.

I was bummed when I had to paint over ours when we moved.
