"I don't actually work on cars, I just talk about them on the internet."
I have a hotwired pump, and mine reads exactly what I put in the fuel tables on my WB02.
And your map wasn't much different from stock on the fuel side. It was actually .1 richer in some spots, and a few points leaner. I don't see the fuel pump being an issue with your map. We'll still log it and adjust as necessary though.![]()
"Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary… that's what gets you." - Jeremy Clarkson

Apples to oranges man. You got a larger pump, larger injectors....
I was thinking about removing one of the rear o2s and putting my wideband in but that's not the best place to get a reading as it's after a cat. It's not worth welding in a bung elsewhere.
I'm sorry I didn't send you the email last night with the 1& 2 byte stuff either but I'll get it to you tonight. You'll need to make a few changes in the MUT and my latest evoscan xml for it to work.
Biggest issue with hotwired pumps is over running the fuel pressure regulator. If you got a hotwired pump and an adjustable regulator, you're good.
As for where to put a WB02. I'd think it be more then fine to put it in the rear 02 spot on the rear bank (matter of fact thats where I had mine in my aftermarket downpipe.). I have moved it since then though to my test pipe where my main cat was. My readings though are pretty much the same. The sensor just wont last as long being closer to the hot turbo though.
Oh and for the evoscan xml file, just tell me what needs to be added. I have a really good one right now from Brett, that I like a lot, I'll just add the stuff to it.

my aem sensor died in less than 1 year in a bung near the rear precat housing (aftermarket y-pipe had an extra bung up there). I've since moved it to to the standard location.
Parting 6 speed
Pampena 3.5 Stroker, GTX 2867 Gen IIs, AEM Series2, oohnoo SMIC, DN Hardpipes, FIC 1650s, Walbro 525, aermotive fpr, Dejon intake pipes, Tial Q, Koyo Rad, Samco Hoses, Stoptech 332mm fronts, HKS GT4 Coilovers, Spec 4+ LW, JDM 6 Speed, Billet shift forks, Pampena brace

Right. ....but most people don't run a regulator.
Yeah, the main issue is the cat itself messing with the readings. My cats are still in place.
Brett's is just an older version of mine which is a revised version that gate started.
I'll just send the code to add to the xml.![]()
Is this going to convince you to keep your 99 vr4? Or is this just a bonus for the new owner?

Green 93 Stealth R/T TT - SOLD

If this car sells, I'll get a 98 (prefer that body style) vr4 or convert my SL using the parts from my wrecked vr4. Unless I can make some decent money flash tuning cars or bring in more $$ turning wrenches, this is just going to be a bonus for the new owner. Not going to worry about that till I get a real offer on the car though.
