What Pissed You Off Today?

Stupid people piss me off. Went karting last night, and managed to race relatively cleanly all night. Last race of the night, and a girl comes up behind me, bumps me to let me know she's there, and then proceeds to push me off track and I get stuck under the tire barrier. Sweet. I could have easily pulled over in the next corner to let her by, but wtf? Totally ruin my race because you have a faster kart, thanks, stupid girl.

Oh man, I'm feeling the pain from last night. It's ill advised to go karting on three and a half hours of sleep, and working all day, BTW. Couldn't stay focused at all.

"you know, when you're typing in the outlook, in the TO: field and when you've typed the first couple letters of someone's name anyone whose name begins with that comes up? how do i delete one of those?"
me: select/highlight it with the arrow keys
"yup"
me: and press the delete key

"it's not working"
me: are you using the arrow keys or the mouse to highlight it? i'd recommend the arrow keys to make sure the mouse doesn't get bumped...
"i'm using the arrow keys"
me: and you're using the delete key, not the backspace key?

so i walk her through this process again...
me: the delete key under/beneath (don't remember which word i used) insert.
*pause*
"there isn't one there"
me, trying to figure out how i can be more crystal clear about pressing the delete key that is under the insert key: the delete key on your keyboard-
*interrupted* OOOHHHHH on my KEYBOARD!

she was looking for a delete key under the insert tab.

i had always thought that "key" implied "KEYBOARD"
