I tend to always find something more entertaining to do than work out, thats my problem =(

July 2014 COTMWe follow the earth. The earth follows the stars. The stars know their way and though the body dies. The stars will remain, like the waves of the sea and restless slate.
I might actually give this a shot. I just started doing a few push ups last friday. I could only do 5...lol
Now im at 16, and Im not using any kindve of schedule, just random.
I started it tonight. Thanks for the post up.
I've been trying to get back into P90X because it is a great program, but the time commitment is killer. I keep falling off after just a week or two. (longest I've made it is 36 weeks)
So I did the test, it has me starting on week 3, I did it, seemed easy at first until I turned jello. haha Right after I did someab workouts. Total exercise time with less than 20 minutes and I worked up a decent sweat.
I'll be sticking with this one. I can handle 20 minutes 3 days a week.
Again, thanks for posting this up.

I was made to start doing 100 pushups a day when I was about 6 or 7 years old. Same goes with chin ups/pulls up. My dad was pretty serious about my gymnastics career hah. With that said, I am an advocate for doing pushups and spreading out sets throughout the day. Very good workout.

Wish I was that motivated ^
I remember doing 90+ in 60 seconds, actually not that long ago. It's just soo much easier to be lazy.

I've been feeling a bit out of shape, and my pants have been pretty tight lately so I am on day 3 of no mt dew. I also ran for the first time in about 10 years that day. Did 1.5 miles in about 15 minutes, no stops. I probably should have worked into that, lol.
I don't have the time to do a complete work out every day, but figured I need to do something.
Does anyone else want to do a 3sgto fitness thing? I've never been one to care too much about my image, but I'm 26 now, and have not done any sort of exercise/diet/etc since HS. And even then I was lazy and didn't do anything crazy besides gym class.
I'm 6'0, and probably in the 210-220lb range(haven't weighed myself in a LONG time) I'd like to get down to 180ish and healthy.
Ive got a workout for you. Push your 3sgto around![]()
Thank god I have a lighter weight NA
Anyhow, I'm trying to come up with a good EASY plan I can stick to. I need to find easy meals to make and things I can take to work that are healthy. Unfortunately if I don't take leftovers for lunch I end up going and eating fast food(usually only 2 things off the dollar menu's), I would also drink about 3 cans of mt dew a day on average.
I'll probably do a few pushup's and sit ups tomorrow and then run another 1.5 miles.
try being 5'11"-6' and in the 130ish range... FML. i would like to just get to 150ish lbs but nothing i do seams to cause me to gain any weight. Ive tried those 'weight gainer' supplements and worked out for a month while taking them, i gained 2 lbs and spent $55 on that nasty powder lol.
the basic go fast bits...
forged short block, Billet DR1000's, 680cc injectors, meth inj, FMIC, MAFT, Apexi Neo, hotwired 255lph fuel pump.
