I like the look of some meaty sidewalls but wouldn't want a lot of poke. Don't know I'd go much past a 265 with my P45s, but they already have some poke up front as is.

Look at the nuts sig, they are 285's though hard to see poke.

FTR, 18x10+24 was based on Dennis' recommendation. So once again, F**k GT-Pro. If GT-C's were still available, I'd be looking to run 19x9.5+35 with the same width tire.

Furthermore, if anyone made fender flares worth a damn, "poke" wouldn't even be an issue.

I think I'd probably try to find a way to blend them into the body a bit more (paint, etc) but still, that's really what I want...minus the exposed bolts.

First time I saw Supercar's done up like that, I was SOLD.

yeah, but if you ran 19" with 40 sidewall, you wouldn't even need to lower it--and you still would need coilovers to do it, just the same as 18" 40 sidewall.
