I have Forge Diaphragm actuators and with the RED (30psi?) springs and half hole pre-load (advised by Forge) they start to crack open at 15psi.. Plus no-one has ever mentioned the effect that exhaust pressure has on the setting while trying to force the flappers open (effectively lowering the spring rate in the actuator).

Yellow springs for me were a waste of time (even heavily pre-loaded)..

Yes, us reacting to him running his mouth at a legend of the community is just us trying to get under his skin. He brought this upon himself and he gets to deal with the consequences. He's claiming he was blacked-out (Yeah, I'm sure it was something he ate). This guy has a wife and kid(s) -- no matter what, his "excuse" was full of fail.

Interestingly, going back several years later, it really bugged the hell out of me to see wtf went down and what kind of shit people were saying. All I can say is boy people stand tall behind a keyboard and they react much differently in person.

I revisited the ol site the other day on E-Doggs acct and clicked on a two year old thread in chatter. I was patronized, a bunch of complete bullshit rumors and lies were started, and spread and a lot of people were standing tall behind a keybord. Some of the shit going down was actually criminal. Only way to get past it is to hit (Function + F4) and walk away.

so I have DR750's and set of these waste gates.(blue springs) how can I be sure I set them rite so I don't have to remove and readjust? I know you all said to pull a vacuum and make sure both flaps open at the same time. but how do I determine what psi they should open at? and why does it matter?
