    This guy...wow

I never watch Sportscenter anymore, but I just did, and caught this:

The Godfather's Blog: SportsCenter Highlights Amazing Hendrick Motorsports Employee

If you get a chance to see it, don't let it pass.

This is what we can do when we try.

    EDIT-

I'm sure there will be more links available in pretty short order.

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

Rinaldi’s insightful feature will air during ESPN’s flagship news and information program SportsCenter, Sunday at 10 a.m. ET on ESPN2
Was that this morning? I really want to see this. I find it funny how perfectly capable people make excuses on why they can't succeed and guys like this come along proving anyone can do it. If a black guy with no arms can become one of NASCAR's most successful engineers there's no reason at all you can't find a damn job. lol

I can so relate to Richie, reminds me of a quote: "I used to cry because I did not have shoes, then I met a man who had no feet."

The greatest advantage that he had like me is that we both grew up not knowing any different. We both learned how to accomplish a task, just different then "normal" folks. The true adversity is to have full functional (insert body part here) while growing up, then lose it. Now you have the frustration of needing to learning all over again.

Personally I think I rather have the frustration of learning it differently than needing to learn it over again.

because the Civil Rights Movement worked and the so called "leaders" became useless as a result so they keep perpetutaing "racism" in order to keep themselves employed.
