davey needs a vr4 gauge cluster, as close to 99k miles as possible.
apparently a dead alternator will partially fry your tach, so it always reads ~10% low. we couldn't figure out why the hell he kept getting fuel cut at 6300 until we checked the scanmaster.

Got one with under 100k that I can roll forward to match my mileage at?

can you not just use the tach? I thought it was a seperate gauge.
our fear is that a partially fried tach circuit might short out, and kill the ecu.
We have like 23k miles, 60k miles, and a 97k miles that is all jacked up also.
