Not a daily driver, it was that low before all the body and paint and was daily driven with a lip though and I never scraped. The roads here suck you just have to not drive like a jackass

Yes, wheel gap disease will be dealt with this winter, at least for my car.
I went on a fun run Sat. with some friends, and I got destroyed by a C5 (red) and a C6 (yellow). However, in the looks department, being a 15yr car I still think it can hold it's own. Way better than a C3, C4 imo.
A couple of years ago on another fun run our 3s group ran into a Vette group. One of the older gentleman said in a couple of years that we 3s'ers would sell our cars to younger kids and move onto the Vette platform - I think he was on to something...I'll be testing the trickle down theory with my buddy on the yellow one.
In the mean time, I'm hoping the build for the VR-4 will be a little more competitive to these beasts...

those are both c6's in your pics.
Yea, I stand corrected. C5 had the pop lights didn't they.
People around here slam the hell out out of there cars. One guy has a e36 bmw that u can barely slip the toe of ur shoe under. He dailys it![]()
This is an interesting discussion. I'll have to try dropping my car another inch when I get it back out of storage. Of course, the deciding factor for me has been all the interstate construction and the giant bumps that that has produced in my area that scare me away from slamming it.
