Do you want the fan to act like the factory fans? If that's the case then the best way would to just wire them off the factory harness. Just make sure the fans don't require more amps then the factory fans. If they do then wire the fans to a relay that's driven by the factory harness and tap the power from the battery or the 12V power source at the engine bay fuse box. Don't forget to wire in the appropriate size fuse when adding any power wires to your car. Or you could just get an aftermarket fan controller if want more control over the cooling system. GL and just ask if you need any more advice.
This fan controller is similar to the one I went with. The nice thing about these is there easily adjustable. If you decide to go this route I would suggest you get one with an actual sensor probe and not one you just jam into the radiator vents. Hope this helps

The set-up im running at the moment is simply a relay for each fan wired to a switch inside my car hooked up to a ignition source. Also looking at getting a thermal switch like the one Lithium posted wired in parrallel to activate the relays if the switches are off. I gotta say its handy getting the coolant temps down to 160 degrees before you give it a bit of a thrashing.
Im not very good at wiring. where would i put the relay?
Can i just run a power and a ground to it so it stays running when the car is on?
You could but then the fans would always be on instead of only on when they are needed.
