Well, i see more and more people are hitting the dynos, so....lets see the sheets and put your mods accordingly. Attachment 4589

When I dyno again in November, should I try to get 600+ on race gas or see how much I can get on pump? She has always felt damn near just as fast at 24 psi on 93 octane with no injection...

All I have is stock Dyno graphs right now. Give me a month or hopefully less and I'll play. :)

1st graph is E16G's (awesome that you took it all the way to 7900), 2nd is low boost single?

My old 17g fwd TT swap dyno. This was when it was having issues with the na ecu and weird af ratios and before I put good intercoolers or could tune it well.

19T's @ 15lbs of boost...stock tune. Will be raising the boost and tuning it in the coming weeks...

Just a quick FYI. A good friend of mine just installed an AWD dyno at his shop, Early Performance. It literally just went in the ground 2 weeks ago. His shop is located in the Uniontown, PA area between Pittsburgh and Morgantown, WV.

If any of you have been to the DSM shootout he has the sick burnt orange Conquest. He won his class in '09 (or maybe it was '10).

Anyway tuning is offered or you can just get some pulls. I am not 100% certain but I think he was charging $50 for a pull or $75 for 3 pulls. Don't quote me on those though. You can also rent the dyno for hour blocks for a certain fee, or even do an all day rental.

Anyway, back to the dyno charts.

Seems the only one I have is from last year when I was still working out some issues (you can see I had fuel delivery problems):

The stock dynos had some cool down time between pulls. The BPU pulls had minimal cool down time. Think around 7 pulls in about 15 min or so? Also no fans on the intercoolers. Just a big fan on radiator.

93 vr4 with K&N filter and BOV. Cant remember if I took the BCS pill out then but she had probably around or under 40k miles.... before I messed everything up by modding her:(. As Hans was mentioning, these cars are so good when they are stock and relatively newish.

398 hp with just turbos? What else was done, what injectors, what kind of fuel injectors? I know you said stock tune but damn.

Were you spraying meth on this pull? Race gas?

Interesting to see the slight improvement in spool and top end on your graph compared to mine. ASSuming the dynos are remotely comparable, I guess the difference is your heads and valves. Mine have a mild port job and stock valves.

This pull was pump gas (93 octane Shell) and 100% meth spray using the largest nozzle Cooling Mist offered in 2004 when all this was put together. Meth is on/off at 10 psi boost. Boost on this run was 24psi. Turbos are dead stock 16Gs.

Since this is the wife's daily driver, didn't want to get silly with trying to squeeze every last ounce out of it. I wish I had the dyno sheets from when the motor (exactly as it was for this pull) had WRX small 16Gs. It made 576 at peak boost of 23psi, falling off to 18-19 at redline. I have an identically prepared long block ready to put the car back together in the next month (or so, depending on how well my leg/knee/back/neck hold up). I am wondering what it would take to change it over to E-85? Besides pumps and injectors?

Both our dynos were done on DynoJet equipment, so I wouldn't think there would be any difference there. I think it's the brake light decal.

On a more serious note, though, I would expect the vast majority of the difference is in the head porting/OS valves. Now I wish I had gone ahead and made at least one run pushing the turbos for all I could get. With 608 on pump at 24psi, I wonder what 30psi...........and C-16....................and E85....................would you suspect horsepower trips my trigger?

One more mod: Mechman 240Amp alternator with adjustable voltage regulator set at 15 Volts at the battery. Absolutely no spark plug blow out issues. Absolutely no coolant push issues.

I added the charts posted to the dyno chart site. Sin'sVr4 and vTaKwiTHsLiCkS your charts either didn't match your post or didn't have the x/y axis. Let me know if you have more information or if it doesn't look right.
